Q: How much does the dental membership cost and when does it expire?
Our In-House Dental Membership Plan costs $250/year for children (under 12) and $300/year for adults. Your membership remains valid for 1 full year from the date you sign up. Fees are non-refundable.
Q: What services are excluded from the Dr. SmiLee Dental membership plan?
Membership excludes dental implants, any surgical procedures, tooth extractions, IV sedation, teeth whitening, Invisalign, and MedSpa Botox treatments. The 20% discount applies strictly to qualifying non-surgical dental services for non-insured patients.
Q: Can I combine the membership plan with my dental insurance or TRICARE?
